This year for our family reunion Andy and I were in charge, so we decided to start out on Friday going to Young's Dairy and then we found a baseball field and played softball. After softball we went over to Ritters and enjoyed some yummy ice cream. Saturday we thought it would be fun to show everyone all the things we loved to do in Columbus. We started out going to the Dublin Splash Park, then we went to the Scioto Autobon Metro Climbing Park, after that we toured the Santa Maria Ship and then we ended the day in German Village eating at Schmidts and then walking through The Loft Bookstore. It was a perfect day. I was thrilled that Jay and Mel could come too considering they became our family too while living in Columbus. They leave for Montana tomorrow so it was nice spending the last few days with them doing all the stuff we love to do together.
That's right, we did pass a guy in just a kilt, holding a yellow flag. The kids pointed him out and were laughing their heads off at him in the car. I just had to capture the moment.
