Already Cuddling with Boys

We baby-sat Lennix and Jensen last night. We all sat down to watch "The Iron Giant" which is about a robot. Lennix was a little nervous about the robot being a bad robot, which he isn't by the way, so he started cuddling up next to Maddie. He put his arm around her and then she put her arm around him. I am quietly watching this and laughing. All of a sudden Brooklyn sits up there too, she feels a little left out so then she puts her arm around Lennix. They all sat like that together through a big chunk of the movie it was the sweetest and funniest thing i have ever seen.
Funny Faces

This is just a random sweet picture of my girls all taking a bath together, i just put it on here because i felt it needed to be seen. Brooklyn is really into making funny faces right now we can't get her to smile normal anymore.

Enjoying a picnic and some creek fun with the Talbots

Andy caught Brooklyn a crawdad. She loves those things. These kids had so much fun playing in this creek and so did we actually.

Here are two devoted fathers trying to catch crawdads and other creek creatures for their children. But you know that it was for their entertainment also, they were having just as much fun as those kids.

Here is the whole family, our amazing friends the Talbots, we have so much fun with them, i wish we could be neighbors forever.

The Millers in there element, this is the kind of place we belong, we love getting wet and dirty outdoors.
Lennix and Brooklyn playing in the water together, they are the best of friends. Lennix took his shirt off and so of course Brooklyn had to, eventually this will not be happening.

Rock Climbing with the Talbots at John Bryan

Evie and Mom chilin under the cliff.

This is me rock climbing on Blue. It was a fun climb, even though the climbs are short at John Bryan they are fun.

This is Andy showing off his skills. Doesn't he look like a stud up there on that rock.

Brooklyn in her element, she could live in the woods forever.

This is Brooklyn's frog that we found the previous day, that she had killed and then buried. So when we came back here the next day she dug him back up and tried to play with him again. It was so gross. We tried to convince her to put him back, but she said, "But i love him." She finally consented to let Duffy take him, he threw it away behind her back and Mel told her that he went to heaven. That satisfied her enough. My strange little girl.

This is my brother Duffy, who joined us for a day of climbing when he heard we were gonna be in town.

And this is Mel, doesn't she look great up there. She rocks. haha

And here is me again, of course i had to put two pictures of myself because lets face it i am awesome. JK
Here is the whole gang, Andy and Maddie, Lennix, Evie and I, Then Jay and Duffy, Mel was taking the shot and that is Jensen's head at the bottom. Tired and hungry after climbing we decided to head off to Young's Dairy to stuff our selves with some good old fashion burgers. It was the perfect day.

Hangin at the Squirt Park with my Girl Friends

Playing in the Water on a Hot Day with the Neighbors

It was a miserable hot day so Mel got some buckets out and some spoons and we had instant entertainment. Who says you have to spend money to have fun.

This is Jensen, Lennix, Maddie, Brooklyn, And Bailey. Our awesome little neighbors.

My Cousin Danny's Wedding

This last weekend i got the opportunity to hitch a ride with my parents to Washington to see my favorite cousin get married. It was awesome, Duffy watched my two older girls at home and so Evie and i took a nice trip together. It was a nice break.

These are all of my cousins and their spouses and kids. It starts with Katherine(Duffy's Wife), Katie and Paul and their daughter Reagan, Duffy and his son Joseph, Seth and his daughter Kailee and his son Jackson, and then me and Evie. It was great to see them again, i really enjoyed spending time with them and seeing them all be parents.

Evie and Papa.

And here is the wonderful couple after they were sealed coming out of the temple. This is Danny and Gina. They looked great, i loved her dress. The sealing was amazing and very powerful, it was my first time going into the Washington, D.C temple, it is very beautiful.

They had a lunchin afterwords with everyone, and here they are cutting the cake, they were too nice and didn't smear each other in the face, Andy and i were not so nice.

Aren't they cute together.

Here they are with a picture of Kurt (Danny's brother) who is on a mission. We all missed him a lot that day.

Here are more cousins. We have Diana and her son, Dorthy, Newel, Landon, Andrea, and my mom and Evie. I could not believe how grown up these kids were, the last time i saw them they were like 5.

The funny pose had to be done it is a family tradition.

Nana and Evie. Doesn't Nana look gorgeous, she does not look like a grandma to me.

The two red heads with matching bows, don't they look cute. This is Landon and Evie chilin at the resturant.

Now this was a special moment the girl on the right is Kurt's girl friend, so instead of throwing the Bouquet, Gina just gave it to her and told her they would like to keep her in the family. It was very sweet.

This is always a funny moment because we all know what they are about to go do, and i love their faces because she looks terrified and nervous and then there is Danny who is like whooo hooo. Typical guy.

Andy and Brooklyn's Favorite Things

This was Andy's favorite shirt, but there is a rule at my mom's house that if any family comes near her with a shirt that has a hole in it that is not repairable she rips it off of them. And as you can see in this photo she doesn't just rip it a little she destroys it beyond repair so that they will never be tempted to wear that piece of clothing again. Isn't my mom fun. She has done this to us since we were little, but this is the first time Andy has felt her wrath. He was very sad, but i was thankful i hated that shirt it was gross.

This is Brooklyn and her best friend in the whole world Lucky. She has been attached at the hip to this dog for a over a year now maybe two. She brings him everywhere, and as you can see it shows. He has been rolled in dirt and washed about a 100 times, but she still loves him. My mom even tried buying her a new dog, but it never could replace Lucky. The name fits this dog very well, it should have been lost or destroyed multiple times by now. My mom's dog loves Lucky too and has stolen him 3 times now, but every time we some how find him again. One time we found him buried in the ground with only a foot sticking out, then we found him without a nose anymore in the dogs mouth, then the last time we found him out in the yard far away from the house. My mom sewed on a nose for him and was able to restore Lucky to full health and Brooklyn could not have been more grateful. This is the ultimate childhood pet, and if he survives i hope to keep him for her forever.
