Brooklyn cooking marshmellows with Lennix and Jensen on a wet pathetic fire, which was finally started with a starter log (we sold out).

Camping at Red River Gorge was really fun, but it did rain a lot the second day. The guys had to build their own shelter with one little tarp that the Talbots brought. Thank goodness for that tarp it saved our beautiful steaks.

Even though it was pouring rain and the Talbots tent was leaking and the kids were crying because they were so cold, we had to stay and cook our steaks. They were too big and too delicious looking to leave without cooking and eating them. So even though we knew we were going to leave early because of the rain and even though we couldn't start a fire because it was so wet, we stayed and cooked huge T- bone steaks under our little shelter and had the best meal of our lives in the rain.

We tried to keep our fire dry and cook the steaks over the fire but after trying for 2 hours to keep it going we decided to just cook them on our stove.
