Duffy's First Prom

This is my brother Duffy and his Girl friend Megan going to prom, they looked awesome. I was so glad I got to see them. She looks awesome, i love that dress, it was sleeveless but my mom made her little sleeves so that she would feel more comfortable, what a good girl. Thank you Megan for your strong example.

Duffy is actually taller then Megan, but not with heels. That comment is for you Duff. He is trying to look tall though.

Time Out for Women

This is my family and I at "Time Out for Women," which is a wonderful woman's conference hosted by Deseret Book. This is me, my sis Mandy, her mother in law Chris, my other sister Jocie, and my mom Karen. And of course Mandy and I's baby girls Evie and Lydia. It was awesome, I recommend coming to one of these to every woman i know. The spirit was so strong and the whole atmoshere was so uplifting, i left wanting to change and be better. We got to here from amazing presenters like, Sheri Dew, Chris Belcher, S. Michael Wilcox(author of "Fire in the Bones, a book i love), Kim Nelson, Wendy Nelson (which is Russel M. Nelson's wife). They also had wonderful musical performers like Hilary Weeks and Jenny Oaks Baker. My testimony was strengthened, and i am a better person for going, it was worth every penny. We had fun with mandy's in laws too, we stayed up late playing games in the hotel. We stayed at the Marriot across the street from the convention center, it was the most beautiful hotel. And then at the lunch break we ate at the bistro in the hotel, it over looked the whole river it was so pretty. It would have been the perfect trip if we didn't have babies, but you gotta love them, they were good little troopers through this whole adventure.

Lunch at the beautiful Marriott hotel over looking the river.

Playing games till late and eating junk food. It doesn't get better then this.

We are pigs.

This is Evie being an angel girl sitting through talk after talk. Thank you evie for your patience with me. I took this picture at a wierd angel sorry whe looks upside down.

Preschool Graduation

Some of my close friends and I have been doing a preschool for our kids twice a week since September. Most of these friends are moving now to go off to Residency for Medical school, so we decided to have a preschool graduation before they go. All of the kids finished the Alphabet. We were doing a letter a week. It was lots of fun, Kacey Basset made little caps and Barbara made certificates, they all got to sing their preschool songs and say the pledge of allegiance for the last time together. Then they all got to show a "show n tell." It was really cute.

All their names from left to right are; Kennadee Gillette, Ryan Gessel, Spencer Cherrington, Kyree Bassett, Addy Peterson, and of course Brooklyn Miller

This is Brooklyn Showing off her favorite craft she did at preschool for her "show n tell." It's a monkey that she sewed together at Camey's house.

Happy Mother's Day

We had told my mom that we were not able to come down for mother's day, but we decided last minute to surprise her. We knew that she doesn't get out of church until 4pm, and our church ends at 12pm, so we had plenty of time to make our way down to Dayton and surprise her. We got into their house and made signs to lead her around the house, like at the front door it said "go look under your bed," then under there it said "go look in the shower," after about 4 signs of leading her no where it finally said to go look in the basement. So there we were waiting under this huge Happy Mother's Day sign, she was shocked, she had no idea we would do this, it was great.

Jared called on Mother's Day from off his mission and we all got to talk to him. He is a changed boy. He has turned into this spiritual man that i don't know. It is great. And he is so happy, he loves being a missionary and it makes me so happy. I am so proud of him. He is serving in Montana, so these are the kind of clothes he wears now. He looks so grown up. He looks like a true Montana mountain man.

Jared is serving in the most beautiful place, this is his back yard. He is in Eureka, Montana, which is in the middle of no where, but he loves every minute of it.

He is truly out of his element in Montana. Our poor punk rocker has had to change his whole life style completely. I love it!!!

Hangin Out at Mom's House for Tabby's Birthday

We had a biggest mouth competition at my mom's house this last weekend. Andy won, i am so proud. My brother Duffy got second, but out of everyone my mom got dead last. As you can see she has the tiniest mouth. Andy's mouth is huge.

This is my two sisters and I hanging out at my mom's house on my birthday, the middle one is Mandy and the one in orange is Jocie. We are all moms now and that is still so weird to me. My sisters are my best friends and I love them dearly. Mandy is moving at the end of the month to Pittsburgh for her husband's residency and I am going to miss her terribly.

Brooklyn's First Time Repelling

This is Brooklyn repelling for the first time with Papa. He hooked a rope up to a big tree in their back yard and then let the girls climb up a ladder to get to the top and then he taught them how to repel back down. Brooklyn and her cousin Lana did it. It was so cute, and they actually got it down by the end of it. They wanted to do it over and over again. It truly made a mother proud. That's my girl.

Palmer's First Prom

This is my brother Palmer all ready to go to Prom. He couldn't find a tux that fit him, without spending a ton of money on tailoring one, so this is as fancy as it got, but i think he looks like a stud.
